Social media and Digital Marketing

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in social media and digital marketing to join our team. He/she will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity.

  • Design Social Media Graphics: · Develop eye-catching visuals for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn. · Ensure consistency in branding across all social media channels.
  • Create Digital Marketing Assets: · Design digital assets for online campaigns, advertisements, and email marketing. Collaborate with the brand team to convey messages effectively through visual elements.
  • Conceptualize and Execute Campaign Designs: Work closely with the team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual designs. · Provide creative input and innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
  • Stay Updated on Design Trends: · Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into designs. · Continuously improve design skills and stay informed about the latest design tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: · Work collaboratively with copywriters, marketing specialists, and other team members to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns. · Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on team input.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years proven work experience. A portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Design Tools: Mastery of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop & Illustrator) and other relevant design software .
  • Experience with social media tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of Branding: Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency in all designs.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Communication Skills: · Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements.

Executive Visitor center

Winery Experience:

2 years in Hospitality industry (most preferred)/ sales/ marketing/ emceeing/travels and tours.

Language Competency:

English, Hindi and Kannada


Bangalore (Chunchankuppe, Near Big banyan Tree).

Preferred if WSET Level 2 has been completed.

Job Description:

Guest Relations: Lead generation, booking management, guest reception, handling guest queries and grievances, and ensuring an enjoyable tour experience.

Wine tours: Responsible for the wine tour experience from guests' arrival at the winery, through the winery and vineyard tour, understand and explain the wine making processes and conduct detailed tastings with the delivery of knowledge of all Big Banyan products.

Sales: Increased footfall for wine tours and achieve sales targets of wine at the boutique.

CRM Management: Recording customer data and feedback and timely coordination with the marketing team. Timely reporting of sales data/inventory to concerned departments.

Operations Management: Responsible for wine bottle sales from the boutique at the winery. Ensuring set targets are met on a month to month basis.

The candidate will be required to continuously invest time in self education and awareness to improve knowledge on wines.
