Market Understanding

Understand our brand positioning alongside competition

Corporate Sales

Conduct daily sales calls and maintain a DCR

Drive sales for group bookings at the visitor centre against pre-set targets: Corporate getaways/family days - organizing big events Tourism operators

End-to-end management of group bookings - contracts, coordination, payments and on-ground execution

Create, maintain and expand a database of all contacts for future/repeat business

Financial

Update action plans and financial objectives periodically

Track all corporate booking related spends and event spends

Create and maintain all contracts with external platforms to drive bookings for the winery

Product Knowledge

Educate one's self about wines and meet people in the industry to stay abreast with the latest developments

Attend wine tastings and trainings to grow your wine knowledge

Soft Skills

Maintain strong relationship with the Winery team and work together towards a common objective to ensure customers get the top most service during their visits

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as a Business Development/Sales Manager with minimum 5 years' experience (Hospitality sales preferred)

Proven ability to achieve monetary targets

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Tetra Pak Online Inspection:
    • Tetra Pak following quality parameters daily checking & maintain hourly basis, (1.) Volume in ml (Average) - legal issue (2) Weights in gms. (3) Shape & Design (4) Crease Lines (5) Overlaps LS/SA(6) Top Flaps (7) Bottom Flaps (8) TS Rough (9) TS Accurate (10) Internal Scratches (11) LS Strip Position (12) LS By Red Ink Injection (13) LS Teardown (14)All these records maintain in hourly basis for all Tetra Pak/ China machines. These sample packets kept for two months and signature taken from QC/Production/ Tetra department heads on daily basis. Also updating of QC documents as per JDPL standards.
  • Maintain nonconformance/on hold records:
    • If any quality parameter not meeting the standard, then keeping that particular stocks ON HOLD for three days and inform to all concern persons/ departments & from them sign taken on NON CONFORMANCE / ON HOLD RECORD. After three days if leakages found then leaked packet replace with good one & send for dispatches.
  • To maintain & checking batch number changing record & MRP:
    • To maintain & checking Batch Number & MRP changing record in all lines. Take daily total production & given to production Executive.
  • D M Plant:
    • Daily Maintaining all kind of DM Plant Parameter: Maintaining PH, TDS, Regeneration Process.
  • Dissolving Test:
    • On weekly basis doing the dissolving test and same sample to site in charge for checking of Dolly & Inductor position.

Job Summary:

The Production & Quality Control Chemist is responsible for overseeing wine production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with excise documentation. The role involves monitoring bottling and labelling operations, inventory management, housekeeping, and effective manpower utilization to ensure seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Wine Production & Bottling Operations
    • Monitor and oversee the bottling and labelling machines to ensure efficient operation.
    • Ensure timely dispatches of finished products.
    • Conduct chemical additions as per industry standards to maintain product quality.
    • Ensure that bottling and labelling processes align with production requirements and dispatch plans.
  2. Quality Control (QC)
    • Perform quality control checks on bottling and labelling operations.
    • Analyse raw materials used during bottling and labelling to maintain consistent quality.
  3. Housekeeping & Hygiene Management
    • Oversee winery cleaning activities to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
    • Ensure the production area, office rooms, and storage units are clean and well-maintained.
    • Coordinate cleaning operations with housekeeping staff and ensure sanitization protocols are followed.
  4. Inventory & Waste Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for production needs.
    • Implement effective waste management practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
    • Manage EBA applications related to inventory tracking and compliance.
  5. Manpower Management
    • Supervise and effectively allocate manpower to optimize workflow and productivity.
  6. Compliance & Excise Documentation
    • Maintain production-related excise documents, including Excise Adhesive Label (EAL).
    • Keep records of labelling documents for different wine varieties.
    • Maintain Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) books with accurate data entry.
    • Ensure compliance with excise regulations and maintain month-end documentation records.
  7. Wine Making & Processing
    • Analyse the quality of grapes received at the winery.
    • Conduct must and juice analysis during crushing and make standard chemical additions.
    • Perform crushing and pressing operations for received grapes.
    • Monitor daily fermentation processes to maintain wine in optimal condition.
    • Prevent ullage and ensure proper tank maintenance.
    • Control wine temperature by operating chillers according to requirements.
    • Maintain wine conditions using approved chemicals and gassing procedures.
    • Prepare blends prior to bottling, ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
    • Execute racking operations and oversee barrel filling and maintenance.
  8. Production Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain daily production records for bottling, labelling, chemical consumption, and blend stock.
    • Ensure all production-related records are accurately entered in the EBA system on a daily basis.
    • Raise indents for necessary materials required for production and analysis.
    • Perform month-end closing activities for semi-finished goods, finished products, blends, juice stocks, and dispatches in the EBA system.
    • Coordinate data entry and reconciliation between production reports and EBA system records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Winemaking, Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Min experience of 3 to 4 years in winemaking, bottling operations, quality control, or excise documentation is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of wine fermentation, chemical analysis, and filtration techniques.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of excise documentation requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret test results, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate.

Tetra Executive / Tetra Operators

Job Description For Tetra Executive:
  1. Candidate should be min Diploma in (Mech/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and related stream).
  2. Min 2-3 Y experience Work experience as Sr operator /Executive in handling Tetra Pak machine TBA19, A3 speed machine.
  3. Handling Break down, corrective maintenance and supporting Tetra engineers during TPMS activity.
  4. Thorough knowledge of Tetra machines A3 speed and TBA19 Machine Operations and maintenance procedures.
  5. He should handle operators by doing daily and weekly care of the machine.

  1. Candidate should be Min ITI passed (any stream)
  2. Min 1-2Y Work experience as operator for A3 speed and TBA19 Machines.
